FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ'S)
General
I specialize in working with couples and individual adults who are finding themselves in a place
of stuckness and are seeking to deeper understand yourself and your relationships. I see clients
for a variety of concerns, such as: relationship conflict, family of origin issues, anxiety, life
transitions, attachment problems, and those struggling in their faith/spirituality.
No. I am a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. While one reason is that insurance typically does not cover couples therapy, my decision is also
based on the belief that therapy is most effective when treatment is guided by clinical needs
rather than insurance requirements. Working outside of insurance allows me to provide
evidence-based care tailored to your goals, maintain greater privacy, and avoid limitations that
can affect the length, focus, or direction of treatment.
Finding the right therapist is important. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation to
answer your questions, discuss your goals, and help you determine whether we are a good fit to
work together.
● Couples Therapy: $150 per 50–55 minute session

(Payment is due at the time of service.)
I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards when permitted by your plan.
To make the payment process simple and seamless, I require a card to be kept securely on file.
This allows us to focus on your care during sessions without needing to manage payment each
time we meet.
