ABOUT ME
I genuinely love the work that I do. Helping people better understand themselves and their
relationships is both a privilege and a responsibility that I take seriously.
I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and
continue to pursue advanced training opportunities whenever possible. I believe that effective
therapy requires lifelong learning, and I am committed to continually growing as a clinician so I
can offer the highest quality care to the people I serve. I strive to become an expert in my work,
always seeking new ways to deepen my understanding and refine my skills.
Couples work holds a special place in my heart. We are inherently relational beings, and many of
our greatest joys and deepest hurts occur within our closest relationships. While insight is
important, I have found that meaningful change often happens when both partners are present
and engaged in the process together. There is incredible value in sitting alongside the person who
matters most to you and learning new ways to understand, respond to, and connect with one
another.
In addition to working with couples, I also enjoy helping individuals navigate relationship
challenges, anxiety, faith and spirituality struggles, and difficult life transitions. Whether you are
struggling in a relationship, questioning your direction, wrestling with uncertainty, or seeking a
deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a space to explore, heal, and grow.
My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, understood, and
supported as they move toward greater connection, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives and
relationships.
